Non-Urgent Medical Questions

Patients may submit non-urgent questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our secure communication channels.

All messages are reviewed by our clinical team, and responses are typically provided within up to 72 hours, depending on clinical priority and physician availability.

This service is intended for general, non-urgent questions related to ongoing care. Restrictions apply.

Telemedicine Consultation Hours

Live physician consultations are available during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 3:45 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to medical eligibility.

WhatsApp Communication

WhatsApp messaging is encouraged for:

  • Basic administrative questions
  • General follow-up clarifications
  • Non-urgent care-related inquiries

Our team will always respond professionally and thoughtfully. We kindly ask patients to reserve messaging for non-urgent matters only.
